Therapy is an important investment in yourself. I offer 55 minute sessions for $165. 

 

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. I can provide you a statement to give your insurance company, some with reimburse for out of network specialists.

Check with your benefits, but most insurance companies cover online counseling.

Because I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, my services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage and ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits? 

• What is my deductible and has it been met? 

• What is my copay for outpatient mental health services? 

• What is my coinsurance for mental health services? 

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? 

• Is a referral required from my primary care physician?

It is your responsibility to know what is covered by your insurance plan.

Cancellation Policy

Twenty-four hours notice is required for appointment cancellations so that your appointment time can be used for other clients. Missed sessions (not canceled 24 hours prior) will be billed at the regular rate and will not be covered by your insurance.

Payment

Your card on file will be charged at the end of each session. HSA cards, and major credit cards are accepted. I accept credit card and HSA payment through my HIPAA compliant electronic health records system.
