Rates and Insurance

Therapy is an important investment in yourself, I offer 55 minute sessions for $200. 

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. I can provide you a statement to give your insurance company, some will reimburse for out of network specialists.

Check with your benefits, but most insurance companies cover online counseling.

Because I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, my services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage and ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits? 

• What is my deductible and how much of it has been met this year? 

• What is my copay for outpatient mental health services (CPT code 90837)? 

• What is my coinsurance for mental health services? 

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? 

• Does my insurance cover telehealth?

• Is a referral required from my primary care physician? 

• What documentation do I need to submit in order to receive reimbursement for an out of network mental health services?

• Does my plan require a referral from an in-network provider in order to see an ut of network provider?

It is your responsibility to know what is covered by your insurance plan.

• Constant confidentiality as no insurance company will seek to audit your clinical chart notes or frequency of therapy visits.

• No interruptions in therapy if your insurance carrier or coverage changes.

• No restrictions on your treatment plan or frequency of visits.

Cancellation Policy

Twenty-four hours notice is required for appointment cancellations so that your appointment time can be used for other clients. Missed sessions (not canceled 24 hours prior) will be billed at the regular rate and will not be covered by your insurance.

Payment

Your card on file will be charged at the end of each session. HSA cards, and major credit cards are accepted. I accept credit card and HSA payment through my HIPAA compliant electronic health records system.
